Minor visual variations that do not materially affect the intended product are not automatically considered manufacturing defects.

Placing an order does not guarantee availability until the order has been accepted and confirmed by Basant Shopping.

Where Cash on Delivery or similar payment options are available, Basant Shopping may verify the customer's phone number, address and order details before dispatch.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders or deliberately incorrect information may result in limitations on future COD availability.

7. Order Cancellation

An order may normally be cancelled without cancellation charges before dispatch.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

8. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless Basant Shopping specifically confirms otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by:

9. Failed Delivery and Re-Dispatch

Discount codes cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
